Treatment differs fundamentally by pest, which is why the request starts by identifying it. Cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, flies and mites each call for a different approach, while bedbugs and rodents are handled differently again and are not resolved by general spraying.

After the pest comes the infestation level — light, moderate or heavy — and that is what determines how many visits are needed, not just the first one. One question in the request form should never be left blank: are there children or pets at the property? The answer changes the products used and the after-treatment instructions. It is a safety question, not an administrative detail. Many recurring situations are better served by a scheduled treatment contract than by a single visit repeated every few months.
