What is the difference between AC cleaning and a gas refill?
Cleaning addresses weak cooling caused by clogged filters and coils, and is routine maintenance. A gas refill is for when the refrigerant has genuinely dropped — which usually means there is a leak to fix first, otherwise the level falls again shortly after.
How many units can be serviced in one visit?
It depends on the work involved. You specify the number of units when you request, and offers come back priced on that basis so you can compare before choosing.
Do I need to know my AC type before requesting?
It helps, but it is not required. The request form has a “not sure” option, and you can attach a photo of the unit instead of identifying the type yourself.
When is the best time to schedule routine servicing?
