What is the request confirmation fee?
A small fee that confirms a request is serious and reserves your slot with the provider. It is paid to the platform when you confirm the request — it is not the service price.
When do I pay for the service?
After the work is completed the provider sends a final invoice, and you pay it then. You never pay the service price up front.
How do I choose a provider?
Describe your request and trusted providers send you price offers. You pick the offer that fits best based on price and rating.
Are the providers trustworthy?
Every provider passes a verification process before joining MuDeer and carries a verified badge on their profile.
What if the provider rejects my request?
Your confirmation fee is automatically credited back to your account so you can pick another offer without paying again.
