General maintenance

This section is for work that does not fall under one trade: the small jobs that accumulate and none of which quite justifies calling out a specialist on its own — a shelf to put up, a door that will not close, a failed lock, a TV to mount, curtains to fit.

The practical value here is that several small jobs can be combined into one visit, which costs far less than four separate call-outs. So list all of them in the request even if they seem unrelated, and attach photos — “the door will not close” covers several completely different causes, and a picture saves the diagnosis. Larger work such as gypsum board or artificial grass is closer to a small project than a repair, and is described by area.
